Pietra Buelow is a Director in the Compliance and Consulting Group and has been with Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP since mid-2000, when she combined her partnership, Cover, Buelow & Co., LLP, into the firm. Pietra serves as internal controls technical reviewer and financial advisor to clients, and she performs or oversees the preparation of financial statements and assists with tax issues as well. She serves high-tech and other companies in various stages of growth from start-up to well established public companies. Pietra began her career at KPMG and has nearly 20 years of public and private accounting experience. Pietra graduated from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo with an Accounting degree and is a licensed CPA. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
