Professional Peer Review Program

Our firm's audit practice is reviewed every three years by an independent public accounting firm as part of the accounting profession's peer review program. In our most recent peer review in 2010 and in previous reviews, we received the highest rating on the quality of our practice, without a letter of comment. Download our 2010 Peer Review Report,
and Acceptance Letter from the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is a registered firm with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a private sector, nonprofit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The PCAOB oversees the auditors of public companies and helps to protect the interests of investors and furthers the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair and independent audit reports.

We are also a member of the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ), an autonomous, nonpartisan, nonprofit group based in Washington, D.C. The CAQ is governed by a Board that comprises leaders from the public company auditing firms, the American Institute of CPAs and the investor and issuer communities. The organization is affiliated with the American Institute of CPAs and is dedicated to enhancing investor confidence and public trust in the global capital markets. It achieves this by fostering high quality performance by public company auditors, and advocating policies and standards that promote public company auditors' objectivity, effectiveness and responsiveness to dynamic market conditions.
