We prepare and often electronically file annual forms, including Forms 1099 of all types and Form 1042-S. We also prepare and file the annual transmittal forms for Forms 1096 and 1042. We understand when withholding or reporting is required on stock option exercises or sales. We understand when foreign withholding is required where nonresident aliens provide services to our clients, and when one should obtain a Form W-8 BEN.
