Stock Option Issues

The exercise of nonqualified stock options requires withholding and payroll reporting. Disqualified dispositions of incentive stock options do not require withholding but do require payroll reporting. There are practical issues associated with these two instances, and other problems that arise in the granting of stock options to employees and consultants. We have experience helping our clients anticipate and address stock option related issues.
