Process scenario narratives, workflow diagrams, and data models help provide a common understanding of what the project objectives and deliverable will be.
Planning/Strategy
We create two critical documents at the start of each project: the comprehensive scope document and the step-by-step project plan. Both are reviewed and approved by your company before we begin work.
Implementation
We divide projects into phases with an ideal timeline for each phase in your company. Each week we review progress made against the plan and address unresolved issues.
Readiness/Training
We work with you to ensure that the new system achieves your goals, and we help you develop new processes as needed. When you're satisfied, we train your staff to use the system to its fullest potential.
Deployment/Focused Support
After training, you'll see an immediate return on your investment. And we monitor your progress to ensure you're comfortable with the system. We help resolve any issues you might encounter and make suggestions for additional improvements.
