Successful professionals pursue their true passions. To discover your own passion, we have structured our Associate Program for you to experience our service lines through a rotation process. Associates declare their department of interest after working in different areas of the practice. Our associates develop the technical, professional, administrative, leadership, and interpersonal skills required for a successful career path.

As a member of our team, you will advise some of this country's top entrepreneurs and their companies, working directly with these clients and playing a vital role. You will also work with 200 of the best and brightest individuals in the accounting profession at one of the largest locally-owned CPA firm in Northern California. To be considered for an associate position you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting or Tax
- Graduating from college between December 2010 and August 2011
- A 3.2 GPA in major coursework and 3.0 overall
