Receiving Client Documents during COVID-19 Pandemic

We understand there are unique situations where electronic transmittal of documents may not be possible or the best way to share your information. Please see our current delivery instructions below: 

  • We are accepting client drop-offs in our Palo Alto office ONLY between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
    • If a team member is not at the front desk, please call the number listed on the instruction guide affixed to the door. Our staff member will meet you promptly.

  • All mail should be directed to our Palo Alto office.
    • We are currently able to accept mail via USPS and FedEx.
    • We are NOT able to receive packages from DHL or UPS.
