Our practice today continues to build on our stellar reputation for services to clients in the dispute resolution process.

Because of our success and recognition, we also consult to law firms and are retained by the courts to serve as expert witnesses and special masters in cases involving complex financial matters.
Our litigation services include: valuations of businesses and property; accountings of contract cost and claims; fraud, civil and criminal law; family law; regulated industries and historical analysis; anti-trust analysis; damages analysis involving losses of profits, value, cash flow and revenue, as well as mitigation and restitution; tax analysis; computer consulting; market analysis; and projections.
In family law matters we have been engaged to provide valuation and forensic accounting services. Our services include: marital standard analysis, community/separate property determinations, declarations of income and expense, and asset and liability disclosures. We have a substantial tax and family office practice which allows us to consult on complex tax and financial issues in the dissolution process.
A key element of our practice is the extensive valuation expertise represented in our Valuation Department. Our appraisers include ASAs, CPAs, financial analysts and former investment bankers. This team has extensive experience in a wide range of industries and has provided valuation services for a variety of legal matters in addition to tax and financial reporting purposes.
