Our ERISA team serves many private and public companies in the Bay Area. We audit a broad range of ERISA plans, including 401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, and ESOPs. We currently audit benefit plans that have hundreds of participants to those in the thousands.
We understand the complexity of performing employee benefit plan audits. We plan and execute our audits to maximize audit efficiency and quality and we offer plan administrators and human resources personnel confidence in their plan reporting and management. Our goal is to keep each plan in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rules and regulations.
Our ERISA service team members have specialized training and detailed knowledge of DOL and IRS rules and regulations to best serve plan sponsors, management and participants. Our ERISA service team helps plan administrators build a strong group of service providers to administer their plans. We also perform diagnostic reviews of plan operations to improve efficiencies and strengthen adherence to plan provisions and ERISA guidelines.
As a member of the American Institute of CPAs Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, we are committed to adhering to the highest quality standards, which include designating a partner responsible for our employee benefit plan audit practice (Frank Pasacreta), establishing quality control programs, performing annual internal inspection procedures, and making our peer review report findings publicly available.
