Tony is a partner in our Tax Group. He works from all offices with a special focus on the wine practice in St. Helena. Tony also specializes in mergers and acquisitions which can be more broadly described as working with closely-held companies, and their owners, to help them develop, maximize, and/or achieve an effective exit strategy. He has over 20 years of public accounting experience. His experience includes international tax planning, multi-state corporate taxation and general corporate and individual compliance. Tony also provides high-technology and emerging businesses with their tax planning and compliance needs, including merger and acquisition consulting, entity restructuring and other advanced planning strategies.
