Tony is a partner in our Corporate Tax Group. He divides his time between our San Jose and San Francisco offices. Tony specializes in mergers and acquisitions which can be more broadly described as working with clients to help them develop, maximize, and/or achieve an effective exit strategy. He has over 20 years of public accounting experience. His experience includes international tax planning, multi-state corporate taxation and general corporate and individual compliance. Tony also provides high-technology and emerging businesses with their tax planning and compliance needs, including merger and acquisition consulting, entity restructuring and other advanced planning strategies for closely-held companies.
