Brian is the partner in charge of the Firm's Assurance and Advisory department and works out of our San Francisco office. He also heads up the Firm's stock option consulting practice, serving both public and private companies primarily in the Silicon Valley, and speaks nationally on the subject of equity compensation. Brian serves privately-held audit clients in a variety of industries with technical accounting, financial reporting and business advisory services. He also serves as an expert witness in various litigation cases involving complex financial matters including marital dissolutions, fraud and damage computations.
