Lisa is a tax partner based in our San Jose office. Her areas of expertise include tax planning for businesses and their owners, restructuring of closely-held businesses, and real estate transactions. Lisa's experience also includes corporate and partnership formation and dissolution, and individual and estate tax planning. She has over 22 years of experience and serves as the chairperson for Frank, Rimerman University, the Firm's internal training infrastructure, and is the principal coordinator of the Firm's tax training curriculum.
