Our firm encourages our partners, managers, and CPA staff to take leadership roles in professional organizations, such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). Membership in these organizations provides resources, information, and leadership that support valuable services in the highest professional manner to benefit the public, employers, and clients.
The AICPA develops standards for audit and other services provided by CPAs, and monitors and enforces compliance with these audit, technical, and ethical standards. The CalCPA advocates at the state government level and also provides professional resources and directs community initiatives.
