Receiving Client Documents during COVID-19 Pandemic

We understand there are unique situations where electronic transmittal of documents may not be possible or the best way to share your information. Please see our current delivery instructions below: 

  • We are accepting client drop-offs in our Palo Alto office ONLY between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
    • If a team member is not at the front desk, please call the number listed on the instruction guide affixed to the door. Our staff member will meet you promptly.

  • Mail can now be sent to our Palo Alto, San Francisco and San Jose offices.
    • We are currently able to accept mail via USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
