Sandra Reid-Buehler is a trail-blazing attorney who serves as General Counsel overseeing compliance, risk, and legal issues for the firm.

As one of the country’s first internet attorneys, Sandra built a long career on the bleeding edge of technology, honing her skills on a breadth of global legal issues, many of which were new and novel.  For over 20 years, she worked directly with engineers, product managers and business development teams, anticipating and managing legal risks while simultaneously addressing multi-national operational issues.

Sandra’s areas of expertise span strategic transactions, privacy, infrastructure design, intellectual property and regulatory compliance. At Frank, Rimerman, she leverages her extensive skill set to develop innovative solutions to support strategic initiatives, achieve business objectives and improve the scalability of the business.

Sandra is a champion of developing future leaders and building high-performing teams.  She spends her off-hours mentoring and developing the next generation of lawyers and business leaders.
