Gianna is a Director in the firm’s Tax practice, based in the San Francisco office. She specializes in tax planning, advisory, and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and their closely held entities. Since joining the firm in 2013, Gianna has built strong relationships with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and executives at early- and late-stage companies. She also has deep expertise in international tax matters, particularly for clients with foreign investments.

Gianna takes a collaborative, holistic approach—working closely with clients’ attorneys, financial advisors, and family office teams to align tax strategies with broader financial and estate planning goals. Known for her thoughtful, proactive style, she helps clients navigate complex and evolving tax landscapes with confidence.
