Chloe joined the firm in October 2014 and brings extensive experience serving high-net-worth individuals, trusts, family limited partnerships, venture capital funds, and closely held businesses.

As a director in the firm’s tax practice, Chloe specializes in complex tax planning strategies, including Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) planning, charitable giving, and integrated wealth and estate planning. She works closely with clients and their advisors to deliver thoughtful, tax-efficient solutions aligned with long-term financial goals.
