Carl Candalla

Assurance & Advisory Director

Carl brings over 11 years of expertise to his clients ranging in size from $5 million to over $1 billion and has experience with early-stage, growth-stage, and venture fund-of-funds investment strategies. His experience with venture capital fund financial reporting, portfolio valuations, and complex partners’ capital allocations makes him a valuable resource to his clients. He currently leads the firm’s venture capital audit training team and plays an active role in developing technical training programs for audit professionals. Carl also has experience providing assurance services to privately held growth-oriented companies, giving him valuable insight into the accounting and financial reporting considerations of venture-backed portfolio companies.
