Application Process:
Our internship program is designed for students one year out from California CPA licensure eligibility. To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter and unofficial transcript(s) via our website. In your cover letter, please tell us about your interest in establishing your career in the Bay Area and state your office preference.

Throughout our conversational interview process, you will have the chance to interact with the Recruiting Team and practice representatives. All interviews will be conducted in a 1:1 setting virtually via Zoom.

About the Program:
Our internship is a highlight for both our Firm professionals and student participants alike. The program is centered in the Bay Area, California and requires mobility throughout the area to attend training and offsite activities.

We offer two different start dates to align with semester and quarter schools. The first session typically starts in late May, while the second session begins in mid-late June.

Interns will spend their first few days in onboarding, experiencing a warm welcome from many of our people. After onboarding, interns begin rotations through Audit, Family Office, and Tax. Interns are exposed to a range of clients and industries while working with employees across all levels during their time with us.

Outside of rotations, a variety of social events take place throughout the summer, allowing the chance to connect with fellow interns and co-workers in a casual setting. Previous events have included community service, attending the Firm’s annual meeting, Giant’s game, touring Alcatraz, Top Golf, and other social gatherings by office.

We welcome interns from all over the U.S. and have benefits to support your time in the Bay Area. Not only do we help introduce interns prior to the program to form roommate groups, we are partnered with housing and relocation consultants to help plan and execute your temporary move. We offer highly competitive compensation to support the area’s cost of living as well as provide assistance such as commuter benefits and sponsored parking.

Other benefits offered throughout the summer include sick leave, meals, and robust professional development opportunities. Each intern will be assigned a mentor to provide general support and help navigate interests leading into full-time employment.
