With over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry serving as a Chief Information Officer, Allen leads the firm’s technology strategy and execution, including artificial intelligence, enterprise data, and emerging technologies.
Before joining Frank, Rimerman + Co., Allen served as the CIO at Baker Tilly US. During his over two-decade tenure, he led the technology organization as the firm grew from a $97 million Wisconsin-based practice into a $3.4 billion enterprise. Allen built a collaborative, high-performing team by fostering an open and supportive culture that contributed to strong team cohesion, exceptional employee retention and consistently high performing results.
Earlier in his career, Allen held senior technology and leadership positions with startups, rapidly growing companies and outsourced service providers. His experience spans several industries, including accounting, legal services, financial services and real estate.
