Lizzie works with early and mid-stage venture-backed companies serving as a part-time CFO or VP of Finance. She has served clients spanning an array of industries including life sciences (biopharma, biotech, medical device), software, SaaS, hardware (semiconductor, robotics), internet (gaming, social broadcasting, media), cleantech and nonprofit.

Lizzie’s areas of expertise include managing startup operations, advising on accounting and business processes, mitigating risk and collaborating with executive teams on financial planning. She has extensive experience in financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP, international matters and consolidations, equity management, audit preparation and due diligence. Further, Lizzie works closely with clients to develop operating plans, technical memos and Board of Director reports.
