Henry provides tax planning and compliance to a wide array of clients, including private corporations, operating partnerships, and high net worth individuals. He specializes in tax return compliance and consulting for privately held, family-owned businesses, venture backed corporations, and large multi-state and multi-national consolidated entity groups. His experience includes international tax planning, multi-state taxation, and general corporate and individual compliance.
