Jasmine is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of public accounting experience in San Francisco, working primarily with high-net-worth individuals, their closely held businesses, partnerships, fiduciaries and non-profit entities, in coordination with investment advisors and estate planning attorneys. She focuses on serving multi-generational families, family offices, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and founders and executives at early and late stage companies. She regularly advises clients on optimizing income and estate/gift tax efficiency with qualified small business stock planning, stock option planning, complex investment vehicles, concentrated stock positions, charitable planning, and overall tax planning.
