Human Resources Director
Kim recently joined the Frank, Rimerman team to lead the firm’s Human Resources department. She brings over 20 years of HR experience and previously worked with PwC, Mercer, Sony and MasterCard in both New York and San Francisco.
Kim is passionate about talent development and has created various leadership development programs throughout her career. She has a particular interest in coaching and advising senior leaders, as well as creating bespoke programs to enhance the employee experience and engagement. Kim is an avid supporter of diversity and inclusion initiatives and has been active in creating a more diverse workforce in prior roles.
In her free time, Kim enjoys international travel, water and snow skiing and spending time with her family.
