Lauren Coles

Director

Lauren works with early and mid-stage venture backed companies serving as Director of Finance with over 14 years of accounting experience. Her clients vary in industry including artificial intelligence, software-as-a-service (SaaS), traditional software, hardware and nonprofit. She started her career in the Firm’s tax department.

Lauren specializes in managing start up operations, accounting processes and working with clients to identify risk areas. Her experience includes overseeing the month-end close process, preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, consolidations, audit preparation, and due diligence. Lauren also works closely with management to create technical memos, operating plans, and board of director reports. Lauren knows the importance and excels at building strong relationships and trust to ensure success for her clients.
