As a partner in the firm’s Assurance and Advisory practice, Michael specializes in providing audit and consulting services to privately held companies in a variety of industries, including software and technology, banking and financial services, as well as manufacturing and consumer products.

With over 15 years of experience, Michael focuses on serving small to midsize companies and has extensive background working with clients on financial reporting and technical accounting matters, as well as many other critical client-focused activities.
