Nicole is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Frank, Rimerman + Co., where she leads the firm’s recruiting strategy across early-career and experienced hires. In this role, Nicole is focused on building scalable recruiting infrastructure, strengthening university and industry partnerships, and elevating the firm’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market.

Prior to joining Frank, Rimerman + Co., Nicole spent nearly three decades at McKinsey & Company, where she held a range of roles across recruiting, people operations, ethics and compliance, and employee experience. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled high-performing teams, launched new functions, and served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Based in the Bay Area, she is deeply committed to mentorship, community involvement, and building inclusive teams where individuals can do their best work. Nicole brings a collaborative, relationship-driven approach to her work, grounded in data and a genuine passion for helping people grow.
