Administrative Support Director

Raelene leads our Administrative Support team at the firm with over 20 years of experience in the administrative profession. She began her career at the firm supporting primarily the Assurance and Advisory team. As the firm continued to grow, she transitioned into a new role leading administration for the Services to Businesses Division and then eventually for the firm. During her tenure at the firm, the Administrative Support team has quadrupled in headcount and expanded its service offerings four fold. Raelene’s expertise lies in spearheading initiatives around operational and organizational leadership, process improvement, facilities and office management, practice support including providing high level support to our partners, customer service improvements and change management.
