Samantha serves as a Director of Finance for early and mid-stage venture-backed companies. Her client base includes primarily software-as-a-service (SaaS), not-for-profit, life sciences and autonomy industries. 

Samantha’s areas of expertise include overseeing the month-end close process, financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP, financial statement audit support, and accounting/administrative setup for new start-ups. She has experience with revenue recognition, forecasting and budgeting, metric calculations, board reporting, due diligence support, international consolidations, and business compliance tax filings. 

Samantha’s strong technical background ensures that her clients are well prepared and supported for their current and future business needs. She strives to build strong relationships and trust to ensure success for the client.
