For over 11 years, Spencer has performed audits and reviews of public charities, private and operating foundations, venture capital funds and privately held companies in a variety of industries including software and technology, manufacturing, as well as financial and professional services for small to midsize companies. He has extensive experience with the many challenges facing rapidly growing companies, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, stock option accounting, private offerings of debt and equity securities and fund accounting.
