Stephen provides tax planning and compliance services to a wide array of clients, including venture capital funds, high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses and trusts, family limited partnerships, and private corporations. He specializes in venture capital work, including tax return compliance, analysis and application of operating agreements, consulting on partnership distributions, and general tax consulting to optimize tax efficiency. He also works closely with venture capital fund managers and other high net worth individuals to meet their tax compliance and consulting needs.
