Charlie Hansen

Assurance and Advisory Director

Charlie is a director in the Assurance and Advisory department. Since joining the firm, he has experience working with clients in various industries, including biotechnology, renewable energy, computer software, consumer goods, investments, manufacturing, and software-as-a-service (SaaS). His clients are at all development stages ranging from early-stage start-ups and privately held growth oriented companies to internationally known public entities. Charlie has also actively assisted the tax department solving complex tax issues for high net worth individuals, hedge funds, estates, trusts, and private-held companies with NEXUS concerns.

His areas of experience include attestation services for privately-held companies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for public, pre-IPO, and pre-acquisition companies, tax Return Preparation, projecting Quarterly and year-end estimations, and involvement with tax consulting and planning.
