Gianna specializes in tax planning, advisory, and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has built strong client relationships and helps them navigate complex tax matters with confidence.

She regularly advises on income and gift tax efficiency, with expertise in qualified small business stock, stock options, charitable giving, and diversification strategies. Gianna also has deep expertise in international tax matters, particularly for clients with foreign investments. She enjoys collaborating with advisors to align tax strategies with broader financial and estate planning goals.
