Jordan has been practicing public accounting since 2010, primarily performing audits and reviews of dynamic start-up companies in the Silicon Valley. Jordan also performs audits of venture capital funds and benefit plans. He has extensive experience with the many challenges facing rapidly growing companies, including revenue recognition, stock option accounting, and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
