Kevin is a partner in our Assurance and Advisory practice with extensive experience working with venture capital funds, privately held companies, and employee benefit plans, which span a variety of industries including financial and professional services, gaming, pre-IPO software and technology.  He is an expert in accounting for complex partners’ capital allocations, debt agreements, revenue recognition and venture capital fund audits.
