Riley has extensive experience working with venture capital funds, private equity funds, and privately held companies in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, financial and professional services, real estate listing, manufacturing, medical device sales, and pre-IPO SaaS and high-technology. He is experienced in fund accounting, investment valuation approaches, market analysis approaches, revenue recognition, merger or acquisition accounting, partnership allocations, equity accounting, and accounting for complex debt agreements.  He also has experience with employee benefit plan compliance audits and has assisted the tax department with high net worth individual and investment partnership tax planning and filing.
