Sarah Whitney joined Frank, Rimerman in 2010 and has built her career at the firm, exemplifying the strength of our homegrown talent. As the head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sarah guides the firm’s financial strategy, helping drive consistent annual growth.

In her role, she’s led key initiatives including Sage Intacct deployment, Power BI centralization, and streamlined reporting that improved data accuracy and efficiency. Her work blends financial planning expertise with a strong focus on technology transformation and operational alignment.

Sarah started her career in the firm’s Technology Consulting practice, where she specialized in Adaptive Insights implementations, helping clients streamline budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. She also contributes her time to volunteer efforts focused on financial literacy and professional development.
