Frank F. Pasacreta - Assurance and Advisory
"My daily interaction with intelligent, hard-working people brings me the most satisfaction. It is rewarding to have a direct impact on a company achieving its goals, whether it is reaching profitability or completing a successful equity transaction, or a not-for-profit entity furthering its mission. It is most fulfilling to see the young person interviewed on campus become a well rounded, successful professional who becomes a fellow partner!"
Frank specializes in providing audit and a wide range of business consulting services to closely held and venture backed companies, including manufacturing, technology, distribution, professional service, and software entities. His areas of expertise include assisting clients in raising private and public debt and equity financing, merger and acquisition transactions, and strategic planning. Frank also serves as engagement partner for many of the firm’s not-for-profit organizations, including health and welfare and membership entities, and private foundations. He also is responsible for the firm’s ERISA plan and government grant audit practices. He previously served as the partner in charge of the firm’s Assurance and Advisory practice. Frank has 37 years of public accounting experience, including 21 years with our firm. Frank also assists in the firm’s recruiting efforts.
